Euroformula teams have continued on-track with the new Dallara 320 in private tests in the last week, and have even called upon the help of some Formula 1 stars.
The drivers for Team Motopark and CryptoTower Racing Team have been racking up the miles at Motorsport Arena Oschersleben in Germany, with Niklas Krütten, Matthias Lüthen, Manuel Maldonado and Yifei Ye at the wheel.
German talent Lüthen has also tested for several days at Valencia Ricardo Tormo with Spanish team Drivex School (picture 1), which has already signed Glenn van Berlo for the season.
In Britain, Carlin and Double R Racing both headed on track at a greasy Silverstone. In attendance at the British Grand Prix venue were McLaren Formula 1 drivers Lando Norris and Carlos Sainz Jr, who both did lots of running in Carlin's previous generation Dallara Formula 3 cars that were seen in Euroformula until last year, while the new Dallara 320 was put to its paces by reigning British Formula 4 champion Zane Maloney and Williams F1 debutant Nicholas Latifi (picture 2).
You can watch onboards of Norris's laps on a soaking wet circuit on his social media.
Two-time Macau Grand Prix winner and F3 expert Dan Ticktum was in the driving seat for Double R with its Dallara 320. The team has signed Ayrton Simmons for the upcoming season, and has a second car that will also be raced.
All of the Euroformula teams will have the opportunity to test at Hockenheim, a circuit that debuted on the Euroformula calendar last year, on 24 to 25 June.
