Lorenzo Colombo makes Campos Racing move into EF Open

Italian Colombo will join the Euroformula Open grid with Campos Racing after agreeing terms on a deal for Barcelona
Campos Racing will take five cars to Barcelona Euroformula Open round. Lorenzo Colombo was confirmed earlier today to make his debut in the series with a Campos Racing-run Dallara F312. Colombo (Legnano, Italy. 13 September 2000) is set to take part at season-closer joining Cameron Das, Matheus Iorio, Simo Laaksonen and Thiago Vivacqua.
Before beginning the single seater ladder in Formula 4, Colombo enjoyed a successful go-kart career finishing second in the Andrea Margutti Trophy and 2nd in the Italian Championship. In his second season of racing in F.4, Colombo sits in third position in the Italian series with still a round remaining. The new driver of Campos Racing has one win and six podium finishes to his name in the series.
