GT Sport announces provisional 2021 race calendar

GT Sport today announced its provisional race calendar for the 2021 season. After the ‘unusual’ situation lived in 2020, the calendar for next season will go back to its traditional format, including seven events, all in top F.1-rated tracks:

25 APR : Portimão (P)

16 MAY: Circuit Paul Ricard (F)*

20 JUN: Spa-Francorchamps (B)

18 JUL: Hungaroring (H)*

12 SEP: Red Bull Ring (A)

26 SEP: Monza (I)

17 OCT: Barcelona-Catalunya (E)*

Dates marked with * await final confirmation, with slight date adjustments still possible for all dates, depending on the international race calendar.

The International GT Open calendar will include all seven rounds.

Hockenheim will be the reserve track.

The Euroformula Open will have an eighth round. Should the GP de Pau be confirmed for 2021, it will be added as the ninth round.

GT Sport will select the GT Cup Europe rounds among the eight events organized. The GT Cup calendar will be announced in due course.

Two Winter Test will be held ahead of the season, as customary. They will be announced shortly.
