Fluxá and Bergmeister to race with Motopark in Portimão

Team Motopark has announced the two drivers that will complete its line-up at the season-opener of the Euroformula Open this weekend in Portimão. It will be Lorenzo Fluxá and Jakob Bergmeister.

Lorenzo Fluxá (19) will be making his debut in the series but has great experience with single-seater, in various F.4, F.3 and F.Regional series around the world. More recently, the Spaniard has started with success a LMP2 career, having won the first round of the 2024 ELMS season.

Fluxá commented: "I am really excited to embark on this new adventure in the Euroformula. The Dallara 320 is an amazing car and Motopark is an extremely competitive and professional team, with whom I look forward to working with very much.  I can’t wait to get started and racing in Portimão.
This is a great complement to my LMP2 campaign as apart from the track time I also get the opportunity to keep working on my technique".

Jakob Bergmeister (19) needs no presentation in the Euroformula as he is the reigning Rookie champion following a great 2023 campaign with 11 Rookie wins and 3 overall podiums.
